Alan Fulp

President and Chief Lending Officer

“Liberty Bank exemplifies everything good about a community bank. Working for Liberty Bank gives me the opportunity to deliver service to our clients the way we think it ought to be done – locally using the best technology available.”

Alan Fulp brings more nearly 30 years of financial services experience and passion to his role as president and chief lending officer of Liberty Bank. He joined Liberty Bank to return to his community banking roots, where he enjoys the partnership that grows between business owners and the bank. Their success has been his career reward.

Prior to joining Liberty Bank, Alan served as managing director of private banking for the Ascent division of U.S. Bank, where he obtained valuable experience understanding the private banking needs of ultra-high net worth families in the Pacific Northwest.

He previously worked as a senior relationship manager at The Commerce Bank of Washington and led Core Business Bank in Bellevue as president and chief operating officer. His personal integrity, relationship expertise and business knowledge have allowed him to thrive in the financial services industry. He started his career at a small community bank in Fairbanks, Alaska, before moving to the Puget Sound area, where he worked as a commercial banker at Charter Bank and Columbia Bank.

Alan earned his bachelor’s degree from Willamette University in Salem, Ore., and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School.
