KristiAnn Stecker brings over 25 years of experience in relationship‑focused banking, team leadership, and community partnership. She holds a Business Management degree from Western Governors University and has completed respected industry programs including Leadership Kitsap and various cohorts through the Washington Banker’s Association, including Business Banking, Credit Analysis and Executive Development programs. These experiences have shaped her leadership style -one grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to service.

A long‑time advocate for community engagement, KristiAnn has volunteered with organizations such as the Central Kitsap Food Bank, the Kitsap Economic Development Alliance, the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce, and multiple Central Kitsap school committees, where she has contributed to programs supporting local families and students. She is also a “20 Under 40” honoree recognized by the Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal for her leadership and community impact.
