Even before graduating from college, Loreen worked in banking, embracing a career that has taken her from California to Oregon and Washington. She joins Liberty Bank in the Poulsbo branch as vice president and senior relationship manager. Loreen is a skilled credit officer with strong personal portfolio management, diversification and asset quality skills. She is adept at structuring complex loans for profitability and customer satisfaction. Loreen previously worked as a vice president/senior commercial lending officer, credit administrator, portfolio manager, chief lending officer, and Small Business Administration manager. Prior to joining Liberty Bank, she worked at Islanders Bank in Eastsound, Wash., Silver Falls Bank in Silverton, Ore., and Kitsap Bank in Port Orchard. She also spent time at several banks in California before moving to Kitsap County in 2001. A resident of Lynden, Wash., Loreen earned her BA in English from California Baptist University and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School. She volunteered as a board officer with the Orcas Island Lions Club, raising funds, awarding college scholarships and assisting the community in eye care services. She also volunteers with local blood drives such as Bloodworks Northwest and in the past volunteered with numerous nonprofit organizations focused on the arts, pre-school education services, and environmental sciences. Loreen enjoys hiking and traveling in her spare time.
