She brings a strong background in communications and marketing, along with experience as a nonprofit leader and business manager. Silvia enjoys solving problems, taking on new challenges, and working with people who are focused on customer service and support the Kitsap community.
Silvia is an avid reader and lifelong learner; she thrives on discovering new topics and perspectives. With experience spanning government, nonprofit, and private industry, she values sharing what she’s learned while continuing to learn from others.
