Rick Darrow is committed to community banking. As president of Liberty Bay Bank, he views his role as driver, team builder, and risk manager.
Rick has over 30 years of senior and executive management experience in community banking. During his career, he has always been interested in sustained growth and partnerships. He was a Founding Executive of Charter Bank, an innovative relationship-oriented community bank in Bellevue, Washington. Throughout his career, Rick has honed his leadership, business relationship banking, and investing skills at robust institutions such as University Savings Bank, Enterprise Bank, and Washington Mutual.
Rick holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Rick is a member of the Poulsbo/North Kitsap Rotary, through which he has been involved with many service projects. He is an arts and culture enthusiast, and has served on the board of the Jewel Box Theatre. Rick has also coached youth soccer. In his leadership position at Liberty Bank, he encourages his team to actively engage in community service.
