Bill moved to Washington in 1958 and has had an extensive leadership career in the construction industry in the Puget Sound area.  He led the local Building Industry Association, was elected as President of the State Association in 1987, and then served as the National Representative for Washington State. In 2001, he was inducted into the BIAW Hall of Fame.  A resident of Kingston since 1962, Bill has also been active in the community, serving on the Kitsap County Planning Commission from 1980 to 1995, and as Chairman of the Kitsap Developers Council in 2004.  He’s a member of Kingston Cove Yacht Club, and remains active in property and real estate management and investment.  Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington in Microbiology in 1965.
