Your basic online banking setup will be completed with your current services and at least one Administrator.
You will need to re-establish your users and their limits and account access, account alerts, wire and ACH templates, as well as Bill Pay vendors if you use that service. Unless you previously made arrangements with the Bank to assist with this data transfer.
The Company ID will no longer be required.

Action Items BEFORE Conversion
We will be contacting your Company Administrator beginning the week of June 15th to provide the login credentials for your users and discuss the next steps for access onto the new system.
Approve all ACH and Wire Transfers by NOON on Friday, June 19th.
Save your Bill Pay Vendor information from the existing system before Friday, June 19 at 1:00pm.
Plan ahead, if you are using Bill Pay, consider paying bills ahead of time to alleviate the challenge of getting payments out the first week of conversion.
If you are using QuickBooks, we encourage you to download from your Liberty Bank account before conversion in order to get the latest transactions. A history of 60 days will be converting from our existing system, but if you have not downloaded recently, you could miss transactions by not creating a download now. (Instructions below)
Please SAVE your ACH Templates and Participant information electronically (or print) to validate and/or to enter them into the new system. The bank will not be able to retrieve this information after June 19th.
Please SAVE your Wire templates electronically (or print) to validate and/or to enter them into the new system.
Action Items AFTER Conversion
If you use our ACH or Wire services, you will need to download a token to your phone. Instructions will be sent via email along with some other information.
You will need to re-establish any Alerts you may have had and add new ones as well!
You will be asked to complete new Security Challenge Questions.
You will be prompted to enter your email address, so we have the most current information.
If you use Mobile Banking, you will need to download our new Business App, available on June 22, and delete the old one from your phone.
Disconnect from Quicken or QuickBooks and then re-establish the connection to the new Online Banking system on Monday, June 22. (Instructions Below)
We encourage you to re-connect to our new DIRECT CONNECT option. This option is real-time and allows you to connect directly FROM Quicken or QuickBooks, making your download a faster process. This option will be available on June 22, where other connection options might take a week or so after conversion to become available.

Text Approval Alerts – Get a text alert when your ACH file or Wire is ready for approval and text your approval from your phone!
Soft tokens that are downloaded to your phone will also be available for enhanced security.

Direct Connect (Quicken/QuickBooks) will be a new available feature that many of you have been waiting for. It allows a real time connection with quicker downloading capability.
Same Day ACH – We will now have Same Day ACH available! Just ask your Account Manager to get signed up. A quick and inexpensive way to move money!
Positive Pay – Sign up for our Positive Pay product to keep a closer eye on your account.
More statements will be available for you to view…up to 24 months.
Sign up to get your Account Analysis Electronic Statement online! This will ensure faster delivery.
You will now be able to see the check images in your Deposit.
