April 20, 2026

Liberty Bank is pleased to announce the addition of KristiAnn Stecker as Senior Vice President & Team Leader. With more than 25 years of experience in relationship-focused banking, team leadership, and community partnership, KristiAnn brings a strong track record of building meaningful client relationships and leading high-performing teams.

KristiAnn holds a degree in Business Management from Western Governors University and has completed several respected industry programs, including Leadership Kitsap and multiple cohorts through the Washington Bankers Association. Her continued professional development includes programs in Business Banking, Credit Analysis, and Executive Development, all of which have shaped her leadership approach—one grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to service.

A dedicated advocate for community engagement, KristiAnn has volunteered extensively with organizations such as the Central Kitsap Food Bank, Kitsap Economic Development Alliance, Silverdale Chamber of Commerce, and various Central Kitsap school committees. Through these efforts, she has supported initiatives that benefit local families and students. In recognition of her leadership and community impact, she was honored as a “20 Under 40” recipient by the Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal.

“I believe strong communities grow when we act with purpose, listen with intention, and show up for one another every day,” said Stecker. “At Liberty Bank, I’m able to live out those values—empowering local families, partnering with small businesses, and strengthening the relationships that make our community thrive.”

Liberty Bank is excited to welcome KristiAnn to the team and looks forward to the leadership and community impact she will bring to the organization.
